Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for long periods
- Experience in restaurant sanitation or dishwashing preferred
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests
- Clean inside the restaurant to maintain a pleasant, safe environment
- Clean around the outside of the building and parking lot
- Check, clean, and stock the rest rooms
- Empty trash into the dumpster and keep dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area clean
- Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area
- Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
