The Cleaner position at Indigo Living is an essential role within our team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of apartments and common spaces across our communities. This hourly role, offering a competitive wage of $22.00 per hour, is perfect for individuals who value attention to detail, take pride in their work, and are excited to contribute to a positive resident experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience a plus but not required
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to handle flexible work hours including weekends
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Conduct pre-move-in inspections to ensure apartments are spotless with the goal of earning 5-star reviews on Google
  • Perform essential cleaning tasks within apartments including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal
  • Partner with the leasing team to keep the office organized and fully stocked
  • Ensure all cleaning standards and protocols are consistently met
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas as assigned
  • Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
  • Support community events through setup and cleanup efforts
