Job Description

Who We Are We are Hubbell Realty Company, a respected leader in the real estate management sector with a strong reputation for cultivating exceptional communities. As a company, Hubbell Realty Company prides itself on fostering vibrant living spaces through dedicated management teams and innovative community service. Our mission is to create environments where residents feel at home, safe, and proud to be part of the community.

We are the GO Team, a passionate group committed to maintaining and enhancing the quality of our residential properties. Our team extends beyond basic property management, involving personalized service and attention to detail that sets our communities apart. With a focus on excellence and resident satisfaction, we utilize a comprehensive approach to property care that includes aesthetic upkeep, safety checks, and proactive resident engagement.

About the Role We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our GO Team and contribute meaningfully to the upkeep and maintenance of our communities. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional service in a residential setting who are eager to grow and learn. As a Cleaner, you will be instrumental in ensuring that apartments are spotless and ready for new residents, helping us consistently achieve 5-star reviews on Google.

Your daily activities will include conducting pre-move-in inspections of apartments, performing essential cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and removing all trash and debris. Additionally, you will work closely with the leasing team to help keep the office area well-organized and fully stocked, supporting the broader team’s efforts to maintain smooth operation and positive resident experiences.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, a willingness to get hands-on with cleaning tasks, and flexibility to accommodate a variable work schedule including some weekend shifts. If you take pride in a job well done and thrive in a team-oriented environment that values hard work and play, this position offers a chance to be part of a company culture that values your contribution and fosters your personal and professional growth.

We offer an hourly rate of $22.00, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and a 401K plan with employer match. Additionally, we provide pre-loaded paid time off and observe 11 holidays, reinforcing our commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.

At Hubbell Realty Company, we are Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employers committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workforce. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds including minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Our participation in E-Verify ensures compliance with employment eligibility regulations.

Joining our team means becoming part of a company that not only manages properties but builds communities where people thrive. If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and looking to start or grow your career in property maintenance and community service, the Cleaner position with the GO Team at Hubbell Realty Company is a rewarding place to be.
