Job Requirements

- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Conduct pre-move-in inspections to ensure every apartment is spotless and ready for new residents with the goal of consistently earning 5-star reviews on Google
- Perform essential cleaning tasks within apartments including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and removing all trash and debris
- Partner with the leasing team to maintain an organized and fully stocked office
- Ensure the pristine condition of residential communities through regular cleaning activities
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and community needs
