This opportunity at Stryker is for a Cleaner I in manufacturing operations. This is an entry-level role focused on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of products, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth and safe production processes. Working Monday through Friday from 1:30pm to 10:00pm with overtime as needed, the Cleaner I plays a critical role in supporting production readiness and quality standards through hands-on cleaning activities. The position requires a strong attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to safety and compliance protocols. The hourly pay rate is $20.25 plus a $1.00 shift premium, along with bonus eligibility and an attractive benefits package.

The Cleaner I is responsible for following established procedures and work instructions to clean products, tooling, and equipment. This entails operating cleaning equipment and handling chemicals safely according to guidelines. Daily and weekly cleaning schedules must be supported to maintain production readiness. Maintaining accurate production logs and documentation is also essential. The role promotes continuous improvement by contributing to 5S initiatives, safety programs, and suggesting efficiency improvements. Collaboration with team members is key to meeting production and quality goals. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED and one year of manufacturing or production experience. Physical stamina is required to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively and to sit or stand for extended periods.
