The role of Cleaner-Housekeeper at Horizon Realty Advisors is a pivotal temporary position based in Eugene, OR, with the potential for transition into full-time employment. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, the Cleaner-Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the property's amenities, common areas, leasing office, model units, and vacant apartments maintain a high level of cleanliness and readiness for new residents. The position demands a proactive individual capable of performing routine cleaning duties, managing trash removal, and assisting in the make-ready process during peak turnover periods. Job Duties

  • maintains positive resident relations through superior service
  • responsible for general cleaning and trash removal of grounds and residential areas including make ready apartments and common areas
  • responsible for cleaning and preparing full vacant and partial vacant apartments for move-ins
  • responsible for cleaning and daily upkeep of the property's offices amenities etc
  • assists with the make ready process
  • identifies apartments in violation of property's trash/cleanliness expectations and promptly reports deficiencies to the Property Manager
  • performs other turn related duties as assigned
  • promptly reports any safety or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
  • participates in the daily operations of the property
  • performs other duties as assigned
