The company manages a diverse portfolio of over 50 apartment communities across the United States, with a strong presence that blends innovative growth strategies with a people-centric culture. Horizon’s core mission is built on delivering unmatched service, respect, and integrity, fostering a warm and collaborative team environment that supports development, wellness, and work-life balance for its employees. The company invests significantly in continuous training and education programs to empower its teammates, preparing them for career advancement and success. Horizon’s commitment to its employees’ health and well-being is reflected in a comprehensive benefits package, inclusive wellness programs, and a supportive workplace culture.

We are currently seeking a full-time Cleaner-Housekeeper to join our apartment community team in Eugene, Oregon. This role represents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of one of our vibrant communities. Although the position is initially temporary, there is a strong possibility of it evolving into a full-time role, providing an excellent pathway for career growth within a respected property management company. The Cleaner-Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining common areas, amenities, leasing offices, and model units with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the environment is welcoming and pristine for residents and visitors alike. Additionally, this role is crucial during turnover seasons, when preparing vacant apartments for new residents is a priority.

In this role, you will report directly to the Property Manager and work closely with other team members to uphold Horizon’s high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include routine cleaning tasks, trash removal, preparing move-in ready apartments, and responding promptly to cleaning assignments based on company policy. Superior customer service skills are essential, as maintaining positive resident relations forms a key part of the job. The position may also require on-call availability and weekend hours, reflecting the dynamic and responsive nature of property management work.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $19 depending on experience, along with a robust benefits package that underscores Horizon’s commitment to employee well-being. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401k retirement plans, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending accounts, and health savings accounts. Additionally, full-time employees residing on-site are eligible for a 20% rental housing discount, enhancing the overall compensation and making this a highly attractive opportunity for candidates focused on long-term stability and community involvement.

Joining Horizon Realty Advisors means becoming part of a respected industry leader that values innovation, teamwork, and employee growth. If you are a professional, reliable individual with good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic, this role could be your gateway to a rewarding career in property management within a supportive and growth-focused environment.
