Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- basic English language and professional communication skills required
- able to lift up to 15 pounds independently
- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs during shift
- able to walk and/or stand for 8 to 10 hours per day
- good hand-eye coordination
- capable of reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting overhead
- must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- good communication skills in English
- ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
- operate dishwashing machine and maintain dish room cleanliness
- assist with basic food preparation and cooking chicken
- organize storage and clean other restaurant areas as needed
- support team in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- comply with health and safety regulations
- contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
