Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • basic English language and professional communication skills required
  • able to lift up to 15 pounds independently
  • ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs during shift
  • able to walk and/or stand for 8 to 10 hours per day
  • good hand-eye coordination
  • capable of reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting overhead
  • must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • good communication skills in English
  • ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • operate dishwashing machine and maintain dish room cleanliness
  • assist with basic food preparation and cooking chicken
  • organize storage and clean other restaurant areas as needed
  • support team in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • comply with health and safety regulations
  • contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
