Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout shift
  • Capable of walking and standing for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
  • Able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
  • Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas as needed
  • Put away orders and help with cooking chicken
  • Perform basic food preparation as requested
  • Work collaboratively with the team to exceed guest expectations
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures
