Job Requirements

Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to quality service and knowledge of food and beverage
Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Basic English language and professional communication skills
Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout shift
Capable of walking and standing for 8-10 hours per day
Hand-eye coordination
Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
Able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas as needed
Put away orders and help with cooking chicken
Perform basic food preparation as requested
Work collaboratively with the team to exceed guest expectations
Follow safety and sanitation procedures
