Job Requirements

Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Basic English language and professional communication skills
Able to lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs during shifts
Able to stand or walk for 8-10 hours per day
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to reach, bend, twist, and stoop
Capable of pushing and pulling
Must be able to lift overhead
Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and utensils
Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room and storage areas
Operate dishwashing machine effectively
Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas
Put away orders and supplies
Cook chicken and participate in basic food preparation as requested
Collaborate with team members to exceed guest expectations
