Job Requirements

  • ability to take direction and to work in a team environment

  • knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • basic English language and professional communication skills are required
  • able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
  • ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout the shift
  • must be able to walk and or stand for 8-10 hours per day

  • must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots
  • maintain organization and cleanliness of dish room, dish machine and storage areas
  • assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant
  • put away orders
  • cook chicken and perform basic food preparation as requested
  • work through team collaboration to exceed guests' expectations
  • support overall restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards
