Job Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning custodial work or janitorial roles is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care carpet cleaning sanitation practices and laundry procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects bending standing for extended periods and operating cleaning machinery safely
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed

Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces including dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing drying folding and organizing linens or clothing items
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms kitchens and common areas regularly
- Care for floors through sweeping polishing carpet cleaning and floor care techniques to ensure a spotless appearance
- Manage janitorial tasks like waste disposal replenishing supplies and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Assist with housekeeping management duties in hospitality settings when required
