The Cleaner position is an essential role within our organization, responsible for performing various janitorial duties that contribute to the overall sanitary condition of our corporate facility. This is a part-time opportunity that involves weekend shifts during the first shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, with a competitive pay rate of 18 dollars per hour. The role requires a dedicated individual who is proactive in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and orderliness while following established safety protocols. Core responsibilities include thorough floor care involving sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming; sanitizing office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas; emptying trash containers; restocking paper products; and performing glass and dust cleaning.

The ideal candidate will be someone with prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles, particularly with knowledge of floor care machines and window cleaning, although these skills can also be developed on the job. The Cleaner must be able to manage physical tasks such as lifting weights over 10 pounds regularly, bending, stretching, reaching overhead, squatting, walking, standing for extended periods, and climbing stairs. This role requires attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent safety awareness to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
