Class C Driver

Santa Monica Seafood is currently seeking Class C Drivers for immediate hire to join their delivery team in the Los Angeles area. These drivers will operate Class C bobtail trucks and will be responsible for ensuring the timely and professional delivery of products to various customer locations along pre-assigned routes. The ideal candidate for this role will be calm under pressure, able to solve problems effectively, and possess excellent communication skills. They must be punctual, reliable, and eager to be part of a team that values success and quality service. In this role, the driver will perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, report any mechanical defects to supervisors, complete accurate manifests, and assist customers as needed. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling weights up to 75 pounds. Knowledge of the Los Angeles and Orange County areas is important, as is willingness to adhere to all company policies and safety procedures. Food delivery experience is preferred but not required, with full training provided to successful candidates. Applicants must submit a current DMV report covering the last three years to be considered.
