Job Description

We are a family-owned delivery company based in Dallas, Texas, with a proud history spanning back to 1978. Our company operates with a strong foundation of core values that define who we are as a team and how we conduct business daily. We are dedicated and committed to safety, to each other, and to the customers we serve. Our team embodies a positive and passionate culture, arriving to work each day with a "Can Do" attitude. We strive constantly to be creative problem solvers, bringing innovative thinking and ethical standards to all aspects of our operations. Transparency and accountability are key pillars that have shaped our team and business practices over the years, and we seek like-minded individuals to join our growing family.

This is a full-time position for a Class C Box Truck Driver in Dallas, TX, offering a steady and consistent early-morning schedule with deliveries local to the area. The starting hourly wage is $21.00, with overtime pay available after 40 hours, and the schedule typically ranges between 8 to 10 hours per day, fitting into a 40-hour workweek. Importantly, this role offers home daily with no overnight shifts, providing a healthy work-life balance.

The primary responsibility of the Class C Driver is to safely operate a Class C box truck to deliver pre-packaged baked goods to a variety of local grocery and convenience stores. This role requires a dependable individual capable of managing their route independently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Daily tasks include performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and maintaining detailed delivery logs and paperwork to guarantee operational transparency. Interaction with store staff and customers should be handled professionally at all times, embodying the company’s commitment to positive customer service.

Working in this role, you will become an integral part of a supportive team environment that values your contribution and offers opportunities for advancement. The consistent early morning schedule provides stability and a predictable routine, perfect for those who prefer working mornings and returning home daily. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy on the road while being part of a tight-knit team dedicated to delivering quality service in every stop.

On top of competitive pay, the position comes with a comprehensive benefits package that includes weekly pay via direct deposit, safety incentives that allow drivers to earn up to $1,200 extra annually, and a driver referral bonus program. Additionally, employees benefit from a medical, dental, and vision plan, company-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, earned paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and employee discounts through LifeMart.

If you value a company culture built on ethical principles, transparency, and accountability, and you want to start your days with purpose, this is a great opportunity to join us. Help deliver something sweet to your community every day by becoming a part of our trusted team in Dallas, TX.
