The CDL-B Driver position at Performance Foodservice plays a pivotal role in maintaining the food distribution infrastructure that feeds communities nationwide. This role involves operating tractor trailers or straight trucks to deliver food and food-related products in intrastate and interstate settings, including local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight drive-and-drop routes. Scheduled primarily Monday through Friday with early morning dispatch hours from 3 a.m. to 5 a.m., drivers earn a competitive hourly wage of $28.84. Beyond driving, the CDL-B Driver acts as an ambassador for the company, cultivating positive customer relationships through timely, professional service.
