Currently, ProDrivers is hiring for a full-time Class B CDL Driver position dedicated to local food delivery routes. This role is specifically tailored for a motivated and reliable CDL driver seeking consistent employment with strong pay and substantial overtime opportunities. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $27.50, with a typical 50-hour workweek, including overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 each week. Drivers will benefit from a predictable Monday through Friday schedule, working first shift beginning at 8 AM, and the advantage of returning home daily.
The class B driver will operate straight trucks equipped with automatic transmissions, managing local delivery routes that include 12 to 16 stops per day. The work involves touch freight tasks such as using pallet jacks, dollies, and hand-loading boxed food items, making it ideal for those comfortable with physical labor. Job Requirements
- 12 months Class B experience in the last 3 years
- Valid DOT Med Card
- Acceptable MVR with no more than 2 violations in 3 years
- Strong work history
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to freight handling
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Commitment to safety and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL
- Minimum 12 months of Class B driving experience within the last 3 years
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 2 violations in the past 3 years
- Strong work history demonstrating reliability and professionalism
- Ability to perform physical labor associated with loading and unloading freight
Job Duties
