We are currently seeking dedicated Class A Route Delivery Drivers for our Duluth, MN operations department. This position is classified as non-exempt and offers an hourly wage of $30.00. Drivers will report directly to the Service Center Manager and operate on a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. The role demands a blend of mechanical skills, safety consciousness, and excellent customer service to transport freight reliably and efficiently. As a CDL A Route Delivery Driver, employees will handle the loading, unloading, sorting, palletizing, and reloading of freight either manually or utilizing mechanical aids. Completing all necessary documentation in compliance with government regulations and company policies is a vital aspect of this role as ensuring that shipments meet the stringent requirements for transport.

Teamwork, responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail are core values in this role. The position requires regular interaction with dispatchers, customers, and terminal staff, meaning strong communication skills and professionalism are essential.
