Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Meet medical requirements of the Department of Transportation
- 1-2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Meet medical requirements of the Department of Transportation
- 1-2 years of commercial driving experience
- Preferred 2-4 years of commercial driving experience within the foodservice industry
- Team lead experience preferred
- OSHA forklift operator certificate preferred
Job Duties
- Drive tractor trailer on intrastate and interstate routes for safe and timely deliveries
- Perform pre-trip safety checks according to DOT regulations
- Inspect and verify product counts and customer invoices during loading and unloading
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Unload and deliver products, performing damage control and securing signatures
- Complete daily hours of service logs and required paperwork accurately
- Lead and mentor a team of delivery drivers and helpers
