Job Description

We are a specialized cryogenic transport carrier providing dedicated regional project opportunities for experienced CDL-A drivers across the continental United States. Our company is deeply committed to offering structured home time, competitive pay, and consistent work schedules to professional drivers who value stability and superior benefits. Unlike many other trucking companies with unpredictable schedules and subpar benefits, we pride ourselves on transparency, fairness, and driver satisfaction. Operating across all 48 continental states with a fleet of brand-new assigned trucks, we ensure our drivers have everything they need to succeed and thrive in this specialized transportation sector.

Our role specifically caters to CDL-A drivers experienced in regional or over-the-road (OTR) driving who want to participate in 1-6 month dedicated regional projects that follow a highly predictable rotation cycle. Drivers work 21 days on the road followed by 7 days at home, providing a consistent rhythm that supports work-life balance. At the end of each rotation, we fly you home at our expense and bring you back to your next project, with your truck securely parked and driven only by you. This model guarantees continuous work—when one project ends, you'll be paid deadhead miles to the next one, ensuring your paycheck never stops flowing.

Compensation starts at $300.30 per day for 6 days plus $125 on your reset day, with first-year earnings averaging between $85,000 and $100,000. We offer successive pay raises of $3 per day every six months, up to a daily maximum of $324. For certified cryogenic trainers, there is an additional $100 daily bonus after one year. To support your transition, we provide a $1,500 sign-on bonus after orientation and training, as well as layover and detention pay at $125 per day.

Our benefits package stands out in the industry: we provide best-in-class health insurance policies with family plans costing just $171 per week, a 401(k) plan with a 100% company match up to 5%, paid life insurance with a $100,000 policy, paid holidays following a 60-day probation, and one week of paid time off within the first year. Furthermore, each driver is assigned a brand-new Peterbilt 579 truck exclusively for their use, emphasizing our commitment to equipment quality and driver ownership.

We also offer a two-week paid training program that blends shadow training and hands-on driving with a trainer. During week one, trainees follow their trainers, and during week two, trainers follow the trainee as they take control of their own assigned truck from day one. Training pay is $125 per day, and a Training Completion Bonus is awarded after the first load delivery.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced CDL-A drivers with the necessary endorsements and a commitment to safety and professionalism who want to run a smarter schedule and enjoy a serious paycheck. Join our cryogenic transport family and experience a career that values your expertise, rewards your dedication, and supports your lifestyle.
