This CDL-A Driver position focuses on dedicated regional projects that last between one and six months, covering all 48 continental states (excludes California). Drivers follow a predictable rotation schedule of 21 days on the road followed by 7 days at home, which repeats throughout the project duration. This rotation ensures drivers maintain a structured lifestyle with regular home time. One of the most appealing benefits of this role is that once a project concludes, the company flies the driver home at no cost and arranges transportation back to the next project site, allowing drivers to keep their trucks securely parked and exclusively assigned to them during downtime.

The role offers a significant earning potential, with first-year averages ranging from $85,000 to $100,000. Compensation begins with a starting rate of $300.30 per day for the initial six driving days plus $125 on the reset day. Drivers receive quarterly pay raises of $3 per day every six months, reaching up to a maximum daily rate of $324. Certified cryogenic trainers benefit from an additional $100 per day after one year, and new drivers are further incentivized through a $1,500 sign-on bonus awarded after orientation and training completion. Our pay structure also includes layover and detention pay at $125 per day, ensuring drivers are compensated fairly during project delays.

The vehicles provided are brand-new Peterbilt 579 trucks, assigned exclusively to each driver, contributing to pride in ownership and vehicle familiarity. We also offer a two-week paid shadow training program where trainees drive their own trucks from day one. This includes a week shadowing an experienced trainer followed by a week where the trainer shadows the trainee, ensuring comprehensive hands-on experience. Training pay is $125 per day, plus a completion bonus after the driver successfully delivers their first load.
