Job Description
We are a leading cryogenic transport carrier specializing in the safe and reliable movement of cryogenic materials across the continental United States. Our company is known for providing top-tier pay, structured home time, and superior benefits to our experienced CDL-A drivers. With a reputation built on safety, professionalism, and consistency, we stand out in the transportation industry by offering dedicated regional projects that allow drivers to maintain a predictable schedule while earning competitive wages. Our focus on driver satisfaction and operational excellence makes us a preferred employer for those seeking a stable career in long-haul trucking.
This CDL-A Driver position is crafted for individuals who value consistency and high compensation. Drivers will participate in dedicated regional projects lasting between 1 and 6 months, covering all 48 continental states. The job operates on a predictable 21 days on the road followed by 7 days at home rotation, ensuring regular home time. Our company covers the cost of flights home and back to the project, allowing drivers to rest and reconnect with their families without added expenses. Each driver is assigned a brand-new Peterbilt 579 truck, which remains secure at the project site during off-duty periods and is exclusively used by that driver, eliminating sharing or equipment uncertainty.
The compensation package is highly competitive, with starting rates of $300.30 per day for a 6-day workweek plus $125 on the reset day. First-year earnings range between $85,000 and $100,000, with scheduled pay raises of $3 per day every six months up to a maximum of $324 per day. Certified cryogenic trainers receive an additional $100 daily after one year, alongside a $1,500 sign-on bonus given after orientation and training. Furthermore, drivers benefit from $125 per day layover and detention pay, adding to their earning potential.
Our benefits are designed to support you and your family. We offer best-in-class health insurance coverage with a family plan available for just $171 per week, a 401(k) plan with a 100% company match up to 5%, paid life insurance with a $100,000 policy, paid holidays after a 60-day probationary period, and one week of paid time off within the first year. We pride ourselves on a comprehensive training program with two weeks of paid shadow training where trainees drive their own assigned trucks from day one, earning $125 per day along with a training completion bonus after the first load delivery.
We are looking for dedicated CDL-A drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements who want a sustainable, rewarding career with predictable schedules and exceptional pay. Join our team and experience the difference of working for a company that values its drivers and invests in their success.
