This role is for a Santa Rosa Class A Delivery Driver, an integral position within BiRite’s transportation team. The driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to local businesses throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento. In this capacity, the driver will operate a company-owned truck, load and unload products, verify deliveries for accuracy, and maintain an ongoing positive rapport with customers. The role requires adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, safety protocols, and company policies, ensuring that all deliveries meet strict standards for timeliness and accuracy. Reporting directly to the Transportation Manager and Supervisor, the Class A Driver will also manage the daily delivery itinerary, communicate proactively with dispatch and routing personnel, and complete all related documentation accurately.

The position is full-time, with a schedule Monday through Friday and varied start times between midnight and 5 AM, adjusting based on operational needs. This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $32.00 to $35.00 depending on experience. The ideal candidate for the Class A Delivery Driver role will bring a valid California Class A driver’s license, a clean and verifiable DMV record, and a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Prior commercial driving experience, especially with Class A vehicles, is preferred but not mandatory. Physical endurance is important as the job requires the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, utilize equipment such as lift gates and hand trucks, and perform varied physical movements including bending, stooping, and lifting. The role demands clear communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict instructions from managers and safety regulations.
