The role we are currently offering is for full-time Class A Drivers who are ready to take on the responsibility of delivering fresh produce safely and efficiently throughout Central Oregon. This is not your typical desk job or an endless over-the-road grind; rather, it presents a balanced opportunity to spend your days on the road while returning home each night. You will play an essential part in ensuring our high-quality produce reaches local grocery stores, restaurants, and other customers promptly and in perfect condition, directly impacting the communities we serve.

As a Class A Driver at Charlie's Produce, you will enjoy a competitive starting wage of $30.00 per hour with potential performance-based increases after 90 days and annual reviews that may include salary adjustments. Our scheduling is designed to help you maintain a routine; typical dispatch times fall between 12 AM and 2 AM, allowing you to complete deliveries and spend nights at home. Your duties will include safely loading and unloading produce using electric pallet jacks, checking invoices accurately during deliveries, providing outstanding customer service, and handling payment collection for cash-on-delivery customers. You will be an ambassador of the Charlie’s Produce brand, maintaining a professional attitude, safe equipment, and working cooperatively with your colleagues to meet daily goals.

This position requires a valid Class A CDL and medical card, interstate qualification, and a clean driving record due to insurance requirements. Candidates must be at least 23 years old with a minimum of one full year of verifiable Class A driving experience. The role also demands physical capability to lift, push, and pull more than 50 pounds regularly and a strong understanding of English per DOT regulations. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check, drug screening including THC, and a company road test.
