Job Requirements
- Must have a valid CDL driver’s license or CDL permit with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training if starting as a material handler
- Career focus on becoming a CDL driver if applicable
- Ability to work full-time in person
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL driver’s license for Class A or B
- Clean driving record
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to participate in company-sponsored CDL training programs if applicable
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles to deliver building materials safely and on schedule
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo using safe lifting techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Participate in company-sponsored training programs as needed
- Support warehouse operations when not driving, including material handling tasks
