Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 21 years of age
- 6+ months commercial driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle report for the past 3 years
- Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
- Pass road test
- Valid or obtainable DOT health card
- Ability to hand-lift and use equipment for moving products
Job Qualifications

- meet all state licensing and certification requirements
- clean motor vehicle report for past 3 years
- pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
- pass road test
- valid current DOT health card or ability to obtain one
- capable of hand-lifting and using equipment to move product cases
- comfortable handling products ranging from 10 to 90 pounds
Job Duties
- Perform all required safety checks including pre/post trip inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to DOT regulations
- Report all safety issues and/or repairs required
- Follow all DOT regulations and company driving guidelines and policies
- Perform count check of items and check customer invoices of products loaded
- Complete all required freight paperwork accurately
- Move tractor to loading dock and attach preloaded trailer
- Deliver customer orders according to predetermined route
- Unload products into designated customer storage areas
- Perform damage control checks and contact supervisor about removing orders
- Verify delivery items with customers and obtain signatures
- Collect payments where required
- Load customer returns and secure trailer doors
- Ensure tractor, trailer, and freight are locked and secured
- Unload damaged goods and complete necessary paperwork
- Complete daily hours of service records and logs
- Perform general housekeeping duties in truck and loading dock areas
- Secure equipment and complete paperwork at shift end
- Perform other related duties as assigned
