Job Description

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is a well-established last-mile distribution company, operating since 2006 as a subsidiary of Golden State Foods (GSF). Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD specializes in delivering tailored logistics solutions to select food service industry customers. The company plays a critical role in the supply chain by servicing thousands of restaurants across the United States from 25 strategically located distribution centers. With a fleet that covers over 40 million miles annually and makes more than 37,000 deliveries per week, QCD exemplifies efficiency and dependability in foodservice distribution. Beyond logistics, QCD fosters a vibrant culture centered on shared success, continuous development, and community engagement through its support of the GSF Foundation, a national non-profit organization.

QCD offers more than a delivery job; it presents an opportunity to join a dynamic team that directly supports America's favorite restaurants. As a Class A Delivery Driver based in Roseville, MN, you will be indispensable in driving local routes without layovers, ensuring timely and secure delivery of perishable products such as chicken, beef, and pork. This role demands professionalism, physical endurance, and excellent customer service skills, reflecting QCD's commitment to quality and reliability. Drivers operate diesel-powered tractor-trailers overnight with dispatch times from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., averaging about 10-15 stops per shift. The schedule typically involves four 12-14 hour days per week with potential for an additional day, ensuring you return home daily.

QCD values its drivers and rewards them through a competitive pay structure ranging from approximately $88,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on client routes and delivered cases. Pay includes mileage or set route-based compensation, hourly training pay, holiday and sick pay, plus potential overtime and incentives. Drivers benefit from comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision, as well as retirement plans, paid time off including vacation and holidays, and employee assistance programs. Company-provided uniforms and work shoes also support a professional image.

Relocation support is available with a $5,000 lump sum option subject to eligibility criteria and a signed agreement, highlighting QCD's commitment to attracting top talent. Working at QCD goes beyond the job; the company fosters a people-first culture emphasizing respect, high standards, integrity, and shared success. Employees are encouraged to grow professionally with clear career paths and ongoing training. If you are a motivated individual who seeks a stable and rewarding driving career with excellent work-life balance, QCD offers a platform for your ambitions to thrive, contributing to the vital foodservice distribution industry with pride and precision.
