The role of Food and Food Service Delivery Driver at Core-Mark is essential to maintaining the effective operation of America’s food supply chain. Your responsibilities will include thorough pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of your vehicle and trailer to comply with DOT regulations and company standards, careful handling and delivery of food and food-related products, accurate recordkeeping, and excellent customer service. You will be tasked with loading, unloading, securing freight, verifying deliveries, collecting payments when necessary, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the tractor and loading dock areas.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL-A, a clean motor vehicle record for the past three years, and at least one year of tractor-trailer driving experience. You must meet all state licensing and certification requirements, pass a road test, and either possess or be able to secure a current DOT health card. Physical capability is also important because you will be handling freight weighing between 10 to 90 pounds using equipment like two-wheelers and lift gates.
