Job Description

Tri-National is a respected door-to-door transportation service provider specializing in moving freight through the Midwest, from Mexico via southwest Texas, into Detroit and Canada. As a well-established name in the trucking industry, Tri-National is highly regarded for prioritizing safety, service, and driver satisfaction. This company is committed to supporting its professional drivers by offering top pay, family benefits, and the most generous home time available in the industry. Known for championing diversity, Tri-National has been recognized as a leading company for women in transportation for eight consecutive years. Tri-National's dedication to maintaining an outstanding driver experience is reflected in its modern fleet, consistent routes, and dedicated support teams. Their fleet includes 2021-2025 Volvo trucks equipped with refrigerators and inverters, ensuring maximum comfort for drivers on the road. The routing is carefully managed to avoid East Coast and West Coast travel, focusing primarily on central states, which means less time away from home and more predictable schedules for drivers.

The opportunity at Tri-National is for Class A CDL solo and team over-the-road (OTR) drivers who are looking to earn up to $1,800 per week. This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Solo drivers can take advantage of a $5,000 sign-on bonus, while team drivers receive an even larger bonus of $12,500. Additional financial incentives include monthly safety bonuses and a driver referral bonus of up to $3,500 for each new driver referred, with no limit on the number of referrals. Drivers enjoy paid loaded and empty miles, pay for practical miles, and receive weekly direct deposit payments. Paid tolls and scales further add to the compensation package.

The role includes working with the latest technology such as Omnitracs systems and E-Logs, supporting efficient communication and compliance. The company operates with a 90% drop and hook method and 100% no-touch freight, reducing physical strain and enhancing safety. Central States routing ensures predictable and steady lanes that eliminate coast-to-coast travel, promoting better work-life balance and more time at home. Drivers also benefit from unlimited home time and access to a passenger ride-along program. Safety and comfort are key priorities, with safety equipment provided, and trucks are equipped with scanners and 24/7 dispatch available to all drivers. Tri-National’s team-oriented environment emphasizes respect, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence for every driver on board.
