The pay structure includes an average weekly gross income of approximately $1,700, pay per load to reward steady work, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for new hires. Additionally, drivers are eligible for guarantee pay, quarterly retention and performance bonuses, and a $3,000 incentive for driver referrals. This comprehensive pay package demonstrates the companys dedication to rewarding high performance and lasting commitment. \n\nThis role requires a strong focus on safety and professionalism, with requirements such as having at least one year of recent tractor-trailer driving experience, current Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, and the ability to operate a 10-speed manual transmission. A minimum age of 23 years and a clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs in recent years are mandatory. The company also requires a successful DOT physical examination, underscoring its commitment to health and safety. \n\nIn addition to competitive pay and bonuses, the company offers comprehensive benefits starting on day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees receive a 401(k) plan, paid life insurance, paid vacations and holidays, and the provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).
