The role of a Driver Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is an exciting and dynamic position that combines the responsibilities of delivery, merchandising, and customer engagement. This full-time opportunity involves working Monday through Friday, starting early in the morning at 5:30 AM until the completion of the route. The starting pay for this position ranges from $22.16 to $27.62 per hour, dependent on the candidate's experience, complemented by additional earnings through performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Driver Merchandiser, you will be the face of Coca-Cola within your local community, responsible for the safe transport and replenishment of beverage products. This role requires not just driving skills but also the ability to merchandise and display products according to company standards, ensuring customers and consumers experience the premium quality associated with the Coca-Cola brand. Your duties will include verifying the security and accuracy of your load, managing daily financial transactions by invoicing and collecting payments, as well as maintaining communication with both company personnel and customers to foster strong business relationships.

This position requires physical stamina and agility as it involves lifting, pulling, and pushing products up to 50 pounds and performing tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching. Candidates must possess a valid Class-A Commercial Driver's License without interstate restrictions, a clean driving record, and the capability to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) physical qualifications for commercial vehicle operation. Previous local delivery experience or at least six months of driving experience is preferred, but candidates with less experience may have the opportunity to participate in a paid driver training program.
