The Koch Trucking Dedicated Division is actively seeking Class A CDL truck drivers to join their team, offering a dedicated route position that guarantees consistency, familiarity, and work-life balance. Drivers employed in this division benefit from steady miles, a routine that allows them to know the roads and customers well, and the advantage of weekly home time to spend with family. This role is ideal for experienced company drivers, owner-operators, military veterans, and women looking to join a supportive, driver-focused trucking company.
This opportunity is based out of Shepherdsville, KY, with an average annual earning potential of $80,000, and a starting pay rate of $0.70 per mile. Exceptional performers can earn up to $85,000 annually, with additional earnings available through drop and stop pay averaging an extra $10,000 per year. Drivers receive no-touch freight assignments and are paid weekly, ensuring financial stability throughout their journeys. Moreover, Koch Trucking offers a $1,500 hiring bonus and covers all expenses for orientation conducted at luxury hotels located in Roseville, MN and Appling, GA.
Koch Trucking's fleet consists exclusively of trucks that are three years old or newer, with an average truck age of just 16 months. Their vehicles include Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models outfitted with refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, built-in inverters, and other features designed to enhance driver comfort and convenience. Drivers begin accruing paid time off (PTO) from their first day and receive three floating holidays annually. The company also offers health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and a free iPad with a data package to help drivers stay connected to family and friends. - Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum one year of Class A CDL OTR or regional experience
- Stable work history
