The position offers highly competitive pay starting between $0.58 to $0.60 cents per mile, with average annual earnings around $85,000 and top performers earning over $100,000 annually. The home time schedule ranges from being out 14 to 21 days, providing a balanced approach to work and home life. Drivers are paid weekly and receive additional pay such as a $6,000 hiring bonus, $75 per load set up pay, and $30 for each stop beyond the first.
