Koch Trucking's specialized division is actively hiring Class A CDL truck drivers interested in hauling specialized equipment. This unique opportunity offers drivers the chance to earn significantly higher paychecks while working familiar routes, which can add excitement and stability to their driving careers. The specialized fleet includes hauling ATVs and other recreational vehicles using custom decking trailers designed for these types of cargo, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.

The role is that of a Class A CDL driver in Koch Trucking's specialized division. The position offers highly competitive pay starting between $0.58 to $0.60 cents per mile, with average annual earnings around $85,000 and top performers earning over $100,000 annually. The home time schedule ranges from being out 14 to 21 days, providing a balanced approach to work and home life. Drivers are paid weekly and receive additional pay such as a $6,000 hiring bonus, $75 per load set up pay, and $30 for each stop beyond the first. The trucks used in this division are relatively new, all being three years old or newer, with an average fleet age of only 16 months, ensuring drivers have access to the latest equipment and technology.

Drivers benefit from a premium orientation experience held in luxury hotels located in Roseville, MN, and Appling, GA, with all expenses covered. The trucks, including Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadias, come equipped with driver-friendly and comfort-enhancing features such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters. These amenities contribute to a comfortable and efficient driving experience.
