As a driver for Koch Trucking’s flatbed division, you can expect attractive pay packages based on miles driven, starting from $0.61 to $0.63 per mile depending on experience, with top performers earning up to $95,000 annually. The company also offers a $6,000 hiring bonus and competitive stop pay, including $30 per stop, $25 securement pay per stop, and $50 tarp pay per stop. Over dimensional loads offer additional pay ranging from $75 to $200 based on mileage, $400 for loads over 64,000 pounds, and $100 for each loaded border crossing for drivers choosing to cross into Canada. Home time is scheduled from 14 to 21 days out depending on the driver’s location, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
