Koch Trucking's specialized division seeks Class A CDL drivers to join an elite fleet that hauls specialized equipment. This role offers drivers an opportunity to stand out and earn bigger paychecks by hauling recreational vehicles such as ATVs on unique, custom decking trailers. Drivers in this division experience familiar routes, which contribute to a balanced work-life schedule, including weekend home time with occasional Saturdays off. The company provides a competitive pay package starting at $0.58 - $0.60 per mile with top performers earning up to $90,000 annually. Additionally, new hires receive a $3,000 hiring bonus as part of the total compensation.
The driver experience at Koch is enhanced by newer trucks with an average fleet age of just 16 months, featuring Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models equipped with driver-friendly amenities such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters. - Minimum of 22 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum of one year of Class A CDL OTR or regional experience
- Stable work history
- Clean driving record

Job Duties
- Haul specialized equipment including ATVs and recreational vehicles on custom decking trailers
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies while operating commercial vehicles
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned trucks
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for driving hours and deliveries
- Attend and participate in company orientations and training sessions
- Utilize company-provided technology and apps to assist with route management and communication
