The company is currently hiring Class A CDL Drivers to join its Dedicated Division. These positions offer dedicated routes that provide not only steady and consistent miles but also familiarity with the customers and routes driven. The Dedicated Division role includes a work schedule designed for balance, with guaranteed weekends at home to ensure drivers can maintain a healthy family and personal life. With starting pay at $0.65 per mile, a pay guarantee of $1,300 per week minimum, and additional earnings like multi-stop load pay at $30 per stop, drivers have the chance to earn an average annual income of around $80,000. As an added benefit, there is a $1,500 hiring bonus for qualifying drivers.

Koch Trucking provides all-expenses-paid orientation at luxury hotels in Roseville, MN and Appling, GA, ensuring new drivers are well-equipped from the start. The fleet consists of modern trucks, all three years old or newer, with an average age of 16 months. Trucks, including Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadias models, offer driver-friendly features such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters. These amenities contribute substantially to driver comfort during long hauls.

Drivers begin accruing paid time off (PTO) from their first day and receive three floating holidays each year, promoting rest and personal time.
