Job Requirements
- Minimum of 22 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum of one year Class A CDL OTR or regional driving experience
- Stable work history
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Ability to travel out 10 to 14 days
- Must be able to attend all training and orientation sessions

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with multi-stop and dedicated route driving preferred
- Familiarity with truck safety and compliance regulations
Job Duties
- Drive dedicated routes primarily in the Midwest and fill in on multiple dedicated fleets as a utility driver
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory compliance requirements
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Manage multi-stop deliveries efficiently and accurately
- Participate in all orientation and training programs including night driving
- Utilize company technology such as the Rolling Strong driver app for communication and record keeping
