Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 22 years of age
  • Valid Class A CDL license
  • Minimum of one year Class A CDL OTR or regional driving experience
  • Stable work history
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Ability to travel out 10 to 14 days
  • Must be able to attend all training and orientation sessions

  • Ability to perform night driving
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with multi-stop and dedicated route driving preferred
  • Familiarity with truck safety and compliance regulations

Job Duties

  • Drive dedicated routes primarily in the Midwest and fill in on multiple dedicated fleets as a utility driver
  • Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Adhere to all safety and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Manage multi-stop deliveries efficiently and accurately
  • Participate in all orientation and training programs including night driving
  • Utilize company technology such as the Rolling Strong driver app for communication and record keeping
