The Class A CDL Utility Driver position within Koch Trucking’s Dedicated Division offers drivers an exciting opportunity to be part of a reliable, steady route program primarily operating across the Midwest. This dedicated division is designed to provide drivers with consistent miles, multi-stop loads, and familiarity with the routes and customers they serve. The role offers significant stability with out times generally spanning 10 to 14 days and guaranteed weekly pay of $1,600, along with competitive starting pay at $0.60 per mile plus $25 per stop. The company also offers a $1,500 hiring bonus to welcome new drivers. Night driving is required, and drivers will participate in all-expenses-paid orientation sessions held in luxury hotels located in Roseville, Minnesota, and Appling, Georgia.

Drivers selected for this role will be utility drivers responsible for learning multiple dedicated fleets within the Midwest and filling in as needed.
