Job Description

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is a leading custom last-mile distribution company specializing in tailored logistics solutions for the food service industry. Established in 2006 and headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD operates as a subsidiary of Golden State Foods (GSF), serving thousands of restaurants across the United States. The company prides itself on delivering over 37,000 shipments weekly from 25 strategically located distribution centers, with a fleet that drives more than 40 million miles annually. Beyond logistics, QCD associates contribute to the community by supporting the GSF Foundation, a national non-profit organization.

As a company, QCD is dedicated to building careers in foodservice distribution. Every role plays a crucial part in ensuring America’s favorite restaurants are supplied efficiently and reliably. Whether preparing orders, managing warehouses, mapping routes, or making deliveries, team members are part of a dynamic environment that values collaboration, innovation, and community impact. The company fosters a people-first culture based on values such as respect, high standards, integrity, shared success, and a commitment to giving back to the community.

The Class A CDL Driver position based in Las Vegas offers a rewarding opportunity for those seeking a stable, career-focused role with competitive pay and benefits. This local driving role emphasizes safety, precision, and customer service, with routes that allow drivers to return home daily—eliminating long haul layovers. Starting pay is set at $31.44 per hour with weekly paychecks every Friday, and the role includes employment benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage beginning after 30 days, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, vacation time, and company-provided uniforms and work shoes.

In this role, drivers operate diesel-powered tractor-trailers delivering food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers. Responsibilities include loading and unloading with hand trucks or pallet jacks in a touch-free freight environment, performing vehicle inspections, maintaining Department of Transportation logs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. Clear communication with dispatch teams and store personnel is essential, as is the ability to handle return loads and maintain equipment standards.

QCD values employees who demonstrate strong customer service skills, physical endurance to work in multi-temperature environments such as coolers and freezers, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in support of their 24/7 operations. The company offers career advancement pathways supported by comprehensive training and development programs, providing employees with the tools and opportunities to progress from entry-level roles into leadership positions. Joining QCD means becoming part of a reputable organization that invests in its people, champions a diverse and inclusive workplace, and strives for excellence in foodservice supply chain logistics.
