Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two years of experience in communications or reception
- possess or ability to learn and operate a PBX system and radio base unit within three months of employment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- computer literacy which includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties
- Answers all telephone calls that come into the main switchboard and transfers the calls appropriately
- greets and welcomes all visitors to and vendors of the community and ensures proper sign-in protocol is followed
- initiates, listens and responds, as necessary, to radio transmissions involving residents or staff
- maintains the Concierge Resident Directory and Data Sheet
- safeguards confidential resident information and does not communicate it to anyone not authorized to have access to that information
- attends all in-service trainings and meetings
- regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job
