Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of experience in communications or reception
- Ability to possess or learn and operate a PBX system and radio base unit within three months of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy which includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties
- Answer all telephone calls that come into the main switchboard and transfer the calls appropriately
- Greet and welcome all visitors to and vendors of the community and ensure proper sign-in protocol is followed
- Initiate, listen and respond as necessary to radio transmissions involving residents or staff
- Maintain the Concierge Resident Directory and Data Sheet
- Safeguard confidential resident information and do not communicate it to unauthorized individuals
- Attend all in-service trainings and meetings
- Ensure regular and reliable attendance
