Leveraging its extensive portfolio, Bally's owns and operates 19 casinos across 11 states in the United States, showcasing a diverse range of gaming and entertainment experiences. The company also owns a golf course in New York and a horse racetrack in Colorado, broadening its entertainment and leisure offerings beyond traditional casino gaming. Notably, Bally's holds online sports betting (OSB) licenses across 13 jurisdictions in North America, reinforcing its commitment to multi-channel customer engagement and growth. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, United Kingdom, represents a strategic expansion of Bally's international footprint, allowing the company to operate in new markets with considerable growth potential. Additional assets include Bally Bet, a premier sports betting platform known for its user-friendly interface and comprehensive betting options, and Bally Casino, a rapidly growing iCasino platform recognized for its innovative gaming portfolio and robust player engagement. Bally's Interactive International division (formerly Gamesys Group) positions the company as a leader in the global interactive gaming industry, emphasizing Bally's vision to integrate traditional and online gaming. Furthermore, Bally's maintains a significant economic stake in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT), a prominent global lottery management and services business, further diversifying the company's gaming and betting portfolio. With a dedicated workforce of approximately 11,500 employees, Bally's casino operations include about 17,700 slot machines, 630 table games, and 3,950 hotel rooms, underscoring the scale and complexity of its offerings. The company also owns developable land in Las Vegas at the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas, presenting future opportunities for development and expansion of its hospitality and gaming empire. This comprehensive infrastructure and forward-thinking approach solidify Bally's position as a powerhouse in the gaming and entertainment sector.

The Role: This position as a Civilian Security Officer at Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and company assets. The role demands individuals who are vigilant, professional, and customer-service oriented. Responsibilities include strategic deployment at the facility’s entrances, monitoring guest identification in compliance with Rhode Island state law, and staffing the Security Dispatch Center around the clock. Officers handling dispatch duties will manage all radio communications from various departments, monitor surveillance cameras covering non-gaming areas, and coordinate the response with surveillance, fire/EMS, police, and other emergency services to ensure swift and organized incident management. Officers will also maintain detailed CAD (computer-aided dispatch) logs for all service calls, reflecting Bally’s commitment to thorough documentation and response efficiency. Additionally, the role involves staffing the Card and Destruction Room, where officers inspect and cancel cards and dice removed from the gaming floor, managing logs for all visitors, staff, and inventory in the room. Further responsibilities include managing the Badging Office to create and modify C-Cure badges for staff, vendors, and visitors, along with monitoring surveillance cameras in non-gaming areas. The Officer must have deep knowledge of all Twin River Casino facilities to provide accurate information and assistance to guests. Other duties may include patrolling self-parking lots, valet areas, exterior premises, and supporting badge office operations for employee check distribution and temporary badge issuance. The position requires reporting hazardous or unsafe conditions immediately to maintain a secure environment. While this role does not include law enforcement powers or authority to intervene in arrests, it plays a key role in maintaining order and safety through observation and communication. This is a full-time position with overnight shifts, offering a competitive hourly wage of approximately $15.00, along with comprehensive benefits designed to support employee well-being and professional growth.
