Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience or 8 years of construction related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
- Willingness to travel up to 100 percent
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to manage project financials
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Four years of experience in construction or related field
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage project schedules and costs
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Proficient in safety and risk management practices
- Experience with pre-construction and project coordination
- Familiarity with budget management and cash flow oversight
Job Duties
- Responsible for pre-construction duties
- Coordinates job transition and start-up process
- Manages cost and schedule
- Manages cash flow
- Oversees the work of direct reports
- Maintains client relationship
- Generates and submits technical records
- Supports construction of project
- Manages project safety and risk management processes
- Ensures a safe work environment
- Participates in training and certifications
