Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience or 8 years of construction related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel up to 100 percent
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Ability to manage project financials

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Four years of experience in construction or related field
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage project schedules and costs
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Proficient in safety and risk management practices
  • Experience with pre-construction and project coordination
  • Familiarity with budget management and cash flow oversight

Job Duties

  • Responsible for pre-construction duties
  • Coordinates job transition and start-up process
  • Manages cost and schedule
  • Manages cash flow
  • Oversees the work of direct reports
  • Maintains client relationship
  • Generates and submits technical records
  • Supports construction of project
  • Manages project safety and risk management processes
  • Ensures a safe work environment
  • Participates in training and certifications
