Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction related experience and/or training
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • proven ability to manage construction projects and teams effectively
  • strong understanding of construction safety protocols and financial management

  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Responsible for pre-construction duties
  • coordinates job transition and start-up process
  • manages cost and schedule

  • oversees the work of direct reports
  • maintains client relationship
