Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction related experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least 4 years of experience in construction management or related field
- proven ability to manage construction projects and teams effectively
- strong understanding of construction safety protocols and financial management
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain client relationships
- experience with project scheduling and budget management
- demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Responsible for pre-construction duties
- coordinates job transition and start-up process
- manages cost and schedule
- manages cash flow
- oversees the work of direct reports
- maintains client relationship
- generates and submits technical records
- supports construction of project
- manages project safety and risk management processes
- ensures a safe work environment
- participates in training/certifications
