Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four years sales management experience in retail or branch banking
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing branch operations in a profit and loss environment
- Ability to drive exceptional customer experience as validated by customer satisfaction surveys
- Maintain strong community and civic partnerships
- Successful completion of SAFE Act requirements including background checks and obtaining NMLS identifier
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week with a variable schedule including potential evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience in coaching and developing teams
- Four years of sales management experience in retail or branch banking
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage branch operations in a profit and loss environment
- Strong customer service orientation validated through customer satisfaction surveys
- Experience building partnerships with community organizations
- Compliance knowledge related to SAFE Act and NMLS requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Retail banking background preferred
- Talent sourcing and assessment skills preferred
