Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience in sales management
- Four years experience in retail or branch banking sales management
- Proven track record in meeting sales and operational goals
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service validated by surveys
- Strong community engagement skills
- Compliance with SAFE Act background checks and licensing
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience with proven coaching ability
- Minimum 4 years sales management experience in retail or branch banking
- Proven success in meeting sales goals and managing profit and loss
