Job Description

We are excited to host a dynamic Hiring Event on Thursday, May 28th, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM at our store located at 705 E Williams Apex, NC 27502. This event offers on-the-spot interviews for all available positions. We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives who are eager to work in a fun, challenging environment, and who thrive on providing excellent service to our customers. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a competitive starting pay of $14.00 per hour and premium pay for the third shift with an additional $1 per hour. Employees will enjoy a pay increase after 90 days, flexible scheduling, and multiple shift opportunities including day, evening, night, and overnight shifts. Weekend availability is a must, and we offer all shifts to accommodate various personal schedules. This role involves greeting customers, running registers, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes assisting with our food program.

The position demands a high level of energy and customer interaction as you will be working both inside and outside the store to uphold our store’s high standards and ensure speedy, friendly service. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to solving problems, thinking quickly on your feet, and maintaining an engaging and customer-focused environment. Physical activity is expected, including standing or walking for extended periods and lifting items up to 60 pounds, ensuring employees are active throughout their shifts.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and or walk for up to 8 hours
  • lift and or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • occasionally lift and or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • push pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • grasp reach and manipulate objects with hands
  • dependable onsite attendance
