Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work during peak business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to learn about various cinema programs and premium formats
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and approachable attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic understanding of customer service principles
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

Maintain high visibility throughout the Lux Level ensuring customer safety and comfort
Explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty, event cinema and premium formats
Work during peak business times including nights, weekends, and holidays
Provide a secure and enjoyable movie-going experience for customers
Engage with guests to promote cinema programs and amenities
Ensure a clean and orderly environment within the Lux Level
Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
