Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- basic math and computer skills for order entry
- physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- valid driver’s license required for delivery driver role
- ability to handle cash and tips responsibly
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- take orders and enter them into the system
- perform basic food prep such as making salads or boxing up orders
- train new front crew members in order taking and salad making
- handle common customer disputes with friendly communication
- close the store by completing closing tasks and shutting down POS
- assist in executing successful kitchen shifts by performing assigned roles
- ensure all kitchen orders are timely and correctly prepared
- maintain kitchen stations during shifts
- lead and train kitchen crew members
- deliver orders to customers courteously and efficiently
- support the team by performing cleaning and maintenance tasks when not delivering
