Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Must be 18 years old to operate some equipment
Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Positive attitude, enthusiasm, confidence, team player
Customer service focused and oriented
Demonstrates highest professionalism
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand on feet for 6 hours
Bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

Perform assigned work position duties including preparing ingredients, making quality products, taking guest orders, providing quality guest service through positive and friendly interactions, acting with a sense of urgency in all tasks
Work as part of a team by being punctual, supporting other positions during shifts as needed, completing all closing duties including cleaning
Comply with Cicis image and appearance standards
Accurately use POS system, process cash and credit card transactions
Support sales building initiatives by suggestively selling during guest orders
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Comply with all security standards to protect restaurant assets
